On Monday 21 it will leave from the airport at about 2.30 p.m. It can also collect participants who have stayed in Warsaw during weekend and come to the airport. It will cost about 15 euro. Local organisers will collect money from participants. They will receive a receipt in order to get reimbursed.
For those people who will arrive to Warsaw early morning or afternoon, local organisers can book tickets for PLUS Bus (regular line). Please confirm be e-mail.
On Thursday 24 it will leave Bialystok in time for flights later than 4:00 p.m. It will have the same cost. Another bus can be organised for people leaving earlier. Please contact local organisers if interested.
The nearest airport is located in Warsaw (Warsaw Chopin Aiport). You can also arrive to Modlin Airport, situated 40 km from Warsaw. Once you arrive to Chopin Airport, you can take a bus (no 175) or a train to the central railway station (Warszawa Centralna), where the trains to Białystok can be easily found. The railway connection from Warsaw to Białystok is indeed very convenient, as the trains run frequently and the journey takes about 3 hours. There are also some direct buses from Chopin Airport (3h 41m) and from Modlin Airport (3h 20m).
The cost of train/bus ticket is about 30 PLN (2nd class) and 62 PLN (1st class).
